Job Description

As a Patient Services & Home Health Scheduler, you'll be the hub of coordination—ensuring timely patient assessments, aligning clinician schedules for maximum efficiency, and keeping communication flowing seamlessly across patients, clinicians, and care teams. If you excel in fast-paced environments, love problem ‑ solving, and take pride in creating smooth, reliable workflows that directly impact patient care, this is your opportunity to shine. Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred One year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment. One year of administrative experience in a health care environment.
