Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a Clinical Technician to support our physicians, physician assistants, and clinical team. This position plays an important role in keeping our clinics running smoothly by preparing patients for their visits, supporting providers, documenting information accurately, and helping ensure patient receive responsive, high-quality care. What You Will Do As a Clinical Technician, you will: Prepare patients for their appointments and assist physicians and physician assistants during clinic Obtain and document vital signs and brief patient histories Review scheduled clinics and help prepare for upcoming patient visits Enter and update patient information in the EMR Help maintain an organized and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Respond to patient, physician, and pharmacy calls and route questions appropriately Take and document telephone messages accurately Maintain clinical supplies and assist with periodic cleaning and organization of patient areas Work closely with providers and other team members to deliver an excellent patient experience What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependance, organized, comfortable working in a fast paced clinical environment, and enjoys helping patients. Ability to obtain and accurately document patient vital signs Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Ability to stay organized while maintaining multiple priorities Ability to contribute to efficient and timely patient flow Previous experience working in a medical office or clinical setting
