Based on Experience About Us Frazine Wellness and Frazine Medical Weight Loss are patient-centered practices dedicated to helping individuals improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. Frazine Wellness specializes in hormone health, menopause and perimenopause care, sexual health, body contouring, body functional health treatments, skin tightening and rejuvenation, Botox, and medical-grade skincare. Frazine Medical Weight Loss provides comprehensive weight management services, including nutritional counseling, body composition analysis, and medication management. Position Overview The Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting daily operations across both Frazine Wellness and Frazine Medical Weight Loss. This position provides administrative and clinical support for patients and providers in both Frazine Wellness and Frazine Medical Weight Loss and plays a key role in the daily success of both practices. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, comfortable with technology, and passionate about helping others improve their health and confidence. Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Office Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule appointments for both Frazine Wellness and Frazine Medical Weight Loss Schedule new weight loss consultations, send required intake paperwork, and confirm completed paperwork prior to appointment Collect payments and process transactions Check out patients and review follow-up appointments, products, and treatment recommendations Manage patient communication and follow-up Relay patient messages and assist with requests in a timely manner Wellness & Weight Loss Support Assist patients purchasing nutritional supplements and meal replacement products Educate patients regarding wellness services, weight management programs, body contouring, pelvic health treatments, skin tightening and rejuvenation procedures, and medical-grade skincare Support patient membership programs and oversee recurring monthly membership charges Help patients navigate treatment options and available services Administrative Support Submit and track medication orders and prior authorizations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Monitor inventory levels and order clinical, retail, and office supplies Stock treatment rooms, retail displays, and office areas Assist with social media, marketing initiatives, community events, and patient outreach Help identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience Support providers with day-to-day operational needs Qualifications Required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with computers, software systems, and electronic medical records Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Preferred Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, MedSpa, healthcare, or customer service environment is preferred. Clinical experience or education as a Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, LPN, Exercise Science major, Health Sciences graduate, or related field is helpful; however, we are willing to train the right person who is motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about helping others. Experience with scheduling, prior authorizations, memberships, retail sales, inventory management, or patient coordination is a plus. Who Will Thrive in This Role?
