Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Childhood Supports & Services Site Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate comprehensive early childhood programs within underserved communities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing program development, fostering strong relationships with families and community partners, and supervising social service staff. The Coordinator will ensure the delivery of high-quality support services for young children with developmental disabilities and their families, promoting inclusive practices and community engagement. This paid position is ideal for a passionate leader committed to advancing social services and early childhood development. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of early childhood support programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate program strategies to enhance service delivery for children with developmental disabilities. Supervise social service staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and providing ongoing mentorship. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and resource sharing. Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies. Lead efforts in program development by identifying gaps in services, designing new initiatives, and securing resources or funding as needed. Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in social services and early childhood education. Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and written communications to support program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social services settings. Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage families, partners, and team members. Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, record keeping, and compliance oversight. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes. Supervisory experience in technical project or program management within social service environments. Leadership skills in managing teams of social service or behavioral health staff; previous supervising experience is essential. Experience developing programs tailored to underserved communities; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Knowledge of behavioral health practices, social work principles, and compliance standards relevant to early childhood support programs. Excellent written communication skills for report writing and client correspondence. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
