Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Childhood Supports & Services Site Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate comprehensive early childhood programs focused on supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing program operations, fostering community relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This paid position is essential in advancing early childhood development initiatives within underserved communities. Duties Oversee the administrative functions and day-to-day operations of the ECSS site, including family scheduling, clinic flow, staff coverage, and site coordination, in collaboration with the Clinical Director. Plan, facilitate, and present at community outreach events, resource fairs, provider meetings, and educational presentations to build awareness of ECSS and drive referrals. Target audiences include regional healthcare and primary care providers, early childhood centers, schools, advocacy groups, community organizations, faith-based groups, and families. Develop and/or engage and meet regularly with local stakeholder groups and referral networks. Establish and maintain a local network of community partners and Network Partners that supports access to assistance, reduces environmental risk, and addresses social determinants of health. Complete therapeutic assessments as needed, including the diagnostic interview and observation, the clinical component of the Family Psychosocial Assessment, and the

at intake, discharge, and every six months. Obtain and maintain CANS certification before conducting assessments and renew annually. Carry a clinical caseload as needed, serving as primary clinician for assigned families and providing evidence-based, developmentally appropriate mental health treatment to children birth through five and their families. Review, track, and approve flexible spending for client needs. Maintain documentation of requests, expenditures, and outcomes, monitor the flexible funding balance against budget, and ensure funds are used in accordance with program requirements and the Family Plan of Care. Manage, prepare, and submit required reports to contracted agencies, the Clinical Director, and Central Office, including the annual marketing plan, the monthly schedule of outreach events, quarterly outreach and marketing updates, census and utilization data, invoicing documentation, and performance dashboard metrics. Ensure screening, assessment, and outcome data are collected at required intervals (intake, six months, and discharge) and submitted accurately and timely through approved portals and templates. Support the development of the child-focused, family-driven Family Plan of Care within 30 days of completion of the Family Psychosocial Assessment and CANS, and ensure plans are updated no less than every six months and more frequently when family needs change significantly. 10. Implement and comply with all policies and procedures adopted by the governing body, and comply with all state licensing, agency, contractual, and programmatic requirements. Recommend updates to the program manual, as needed, to maintain compliance and ethically sound policies and procedures. Ensure the program meets all federal and state laws and standards regarding the operation of the program and the Agency. Address areas of non-compliance identified by contract monitoring, site visits, the annual survey, and complaint investigations, and assist the Licensed Clinical Director with the implementation of immediate corrective action. Participate in required site visits, clinical rounds, clinical consultations, learning collaboratives, and affinity groups, and ensure site leadership and staff participation. Maintain site-level grievance procedures that allow filing through multiple channels, provide verbal and written acknowledgment within three business days, require resolution within 30 calendar days, and educate families and staff about grievance rights during onboarding and throughout program engagement. Administer family and caregiver satisfaction surveys and ensure family feedback is regularly gathered and incorporated into local quality improvement activities. Maintain and annually update the site Emergency and Disaster Response Plan, including methods for locating client families before and after an emergency event and for communicating client family status and needs. Manage and oversee the purchase of program property and supplies. Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all client records and that client files are up-to-date and in compliance with required standards. Represent the Agency in the community and advocate for the clients and program, and be accessible to program staff as needed.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
