Job Summary The Program Director at Edgefield Recovery Center is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our inpatient residential facility. This position requires a dynamic individual with previous experience working in a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Behavioral Health facility, ensuring that all clinical practices align with regulatory standards and best practices. The Program Director will lead a team of healthcare professionals including Admissions, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Counselors, fostering an environment of excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Applicant MUST be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) such as Licensed Addiction Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Salary adjustment may be reflected based on licensure and experience. Duties Oversee the daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with JCAHO standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with administrative staff to align clinical goals with organizational objectives. Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, promoting professional development and teamwork. Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards. Facilitate communication between departments to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Conduct regular assessments of clinical practices to identify areas for enhancement or change. Ensure fulfillment of client daily schedule along with direct engagement with client population. Requirements Proven experience in the mental health field and healthcare management within a clinical setting. Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of healthcare professionals. In-depth knowledge of JCAHO standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks. Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of building relationships across various departments. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
