Your Mission:

You won't be sitting behind a desk pushing paperwork. You'll become one of the most important people in our practice by guiding patients through the beginning of their healthcare journey. From the moment someone walks through our doors, you'll help them feel welcomed, understood, educated, and confident about the care they're receiving. You'll build relationships, answer questions, educate patients, and help them commit to a treatment plan that can truly change their lives. This is part patient advocate, part coach, part educator, and part consultant.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and onboard new patients Conduct patient interviews and health histories Build trust and meaningful relationships Educate patients about our approach to healthcare Help patients understand provider recommendations Present financial options and care plans Guide patients through their first several visits Follow up with patients to ensure success Work closely with doctors and clinical staff Help create an exceptional patient experience

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses based on patient success and production. The better you serve our patients, the greater your earning potential.
