Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
This support may include a variety of clerical duties which include but are not limited to: Answering multi-line telephones and routing phone calls to the appropriate staff or taking detailed messages Greeting clients Notifying staff of client arrivals Conducting check-in and check-out procedures for clients Verifying insurance coverage Contacting clients with appointment reminders Processing faxes received Entering information into an electronic health record (EHR) Maintain a supply of the necessary packets for both clients with scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
