Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Operations Executive Director to lead and oversee the comprehensive management of healthcare clinics. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for multiple healthcare clinics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient management, medical records, billing, and administrative support functions. Manage and supervise healthcare staff, including nurses, administrative personnel, and clinical support teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state/federal health policies through rigorous policy implementation and staff training. Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, overseeing medical billing processes, and implementing effective fiscal management strategies. Utilize electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) and patient management software to optimize workflow efficiency and data accuracy. Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational excellence while managing utilization review and managed care processes. Requirements Bachelors degree is required. Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical setting. Strong supervisory skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively as a healthcare practice manager. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO accreditation standards, and health regulation policies. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication purposes. Solid understanding of fiscal management principles including budgeting, financial analysis, medical billing, and cost control strategies. Background in nursing or acute/critical care experience is advantageous for understanding clinical workflows and patient care standards. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with customer service orientation to foster team engagement and patient satisfaction. Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments involving hospital experience or managed care settings is preferred.
