Job Description
At Oceans Behavioral Hospital Greater New Orleans, healing is our focus. Utilizing proven, innovative and progressive therapies, our qualified professionals strive to promote long-term wellness through a range of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric counseling and treatment options. The Manager, Clinical Program Inpatient ensures that all operations and programing in the inpatient clinical department operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of patient satisfaction. This position monitors care coordination and quality of care to identify areas for improvement. The Manager, Clinical Program oversees the work performance of all assigned clinical staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for overall coordination of school, work, or case management information for patients. Reports to the Director of Clinical Services. This ensures programs are compliant with all laws, rules, and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care.
