Job Description
Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center, we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home, provided by a network of board-certified physicians. The Administrative Coordinator 1/2 is located in the Outpatient Clinic to provide a variety of clerical duties in support of staff and patients.

Job Duties:
Maintain computer data for Cadence Scheduling. Act as a primary contact person for scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments. Answer phones, process work queues, and routing messages. Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate clinic staff.

Monday - Friday, 8a -4:30p

Compensation:
Salary depends on qualifications. The starting salary for the Administrative Coordinator 1 $10.50 hourly.
