Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Clinic Manager to lead our healthcare facility i Mansfield, LA with energy and purpose. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulation policies, and driving excellence in patient care. As a Clinic Manager, you will inspire and guide your team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and implement performance improvement initiatives to elevate the clinic's standards. Your leadership will ensure the clinic operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with healthcare management best practices, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional medical services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape healthcare delivery through innovative management and strategic oversight. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance. Oversee medical management activities, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols. Maintain compliance with health regulation policies such as JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards to uphold accreditation requirements. Collaborate effectively across departments—including nursing leadership, medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners—to foster a unified approach to healthcare delivery. Drive performance improvement (PI) initiatives by analyzing operational metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing strategic solutions. Manage healthcare financial operations by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization. Communicate managerial expectations clearly and motivate teams through strong leadership and managerial communication skills. Develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while ensuring operational excellence in healthcare management. Support medical leadership in implementing best practices and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Ensure operational management aligns with health regulation policies and industry standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements. Experience Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic administration with a focus on operational oversight. Strong background in medical management combined with healthcare financial management skills. Demonstrated leadership in nursing or medical settings, with experience in team leadership and executive leadership roles. Knowledge of health regulation policies including JCAHO standards and other compliance requirements. Experience in managing cross-functional teams within a healthcare environment to promote collaboration and continuous improvement. Familiarity with performance improvement (PI) methodologies to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Prior experience in managing healthcare operations at a managerial level, demonstrating strategic thinking and operational expertise in a fast-paced setting.
