Job Description

We are looking for a Patient Care Call Center Representative to join our team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and according to practice phone scripts. Return all voicemails within the same business day or designated time frame. Complete New Patient calls thoroughly and accurately for every new patient inquiry. Provide correct information regarding services, insurance, scheduling, and office locations. Route calls appropriately to clinical, records, or administrative teams as needed. Schedule appointments based on doctor preferences, template rules, and office protocols. Ensure accuracy in appointment lengths, notes, and patient needs (e.g., appliances, records, adjustments). Manage reschedules and cancellations to protect the integrity of the schedule. Confirm all appointments via phone Provide compassionate, courteous, and solution-focused communication. Work closely with our administrative, financial and clinical teams to provide seamless patient care. Resolve patient concerns with empathy, professionalism and efficiency. Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction. Represent the Sherman & Balhoff brand with warmth and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred. Dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience is a plus-but we're happy to train the right person. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Excellent communication and listening skills.

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
