Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment models and timelines. Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical records for residential and community services. Provide supervision, training, and support to clinical staff and residential teams. Conduct assessments, review treatment plans, and approve documentation to meet rehabilitative standards. Facilitate community linkages, develop billable treatment plans, and ensure clinical quality and compliance. Lead or co-facilitate groups, provide crisis intervention, and participate in training and supervision. Maintain licensure, follow policies, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
