Riverway is a new adolescent mental health day treatment program opening in Attleboro, MA - and we're building the clinical program from scratch. We're looking for a Clinical Director who wants to shape a program's clinical model from day one and who is genuinely passionate about giving kids high-quality care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and oversee the clinical program model for adolescent PHP/IOP, including groups, individual and family therapy, and psychiatric coordination. Hire, train, and clinically supervise therapists and clinical staff. Own treatment planning standards, documentation quality, and utilization review support. Lead clinical risk management, including safety planning and crisis response. Ensure clinical practice meets MA licensure standards and payer medical necessity criteria. Engage directly with families on treatment planning and care. Represent Riverway's clinical model to referral sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Independently licensed clinician in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or PhD/PsyD) required. 5+ years post-licensure experience in adolescent/child behavioral health; leadership or supervisory experience preferred. PHP/IOP or psychiatric day treatment experience required. Comfortable building a clinical program from the ground up - not just running an existing one. A clinician who leads with warmth and clinical rigor, and who genuinely believes in high-quality care for kids.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
