BCBAs will develop individualized, medically necessary treatment plans based on client needs and ensure that services are implemented with clinical integrity and in accordance with payer requirements, professional standards, and the BACB Ethics Code. This position requires flexibility to provide services in both center-based and in-home settings based on client and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Establish measurable skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Provide ongoing clinical supervision of BTs and RBTs Conduct protocol modification and direct supervision sessions Provide caregiver training and support Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis Modify treatment programs based on clinical data and client progress Ensure appropriate generalization and maintenance of acquired skills Complete reassessments and authorization documentation Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the client's treatment team when appropriate Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives Ensure treatment remains medically necessary and consistent with payer and regulatory requirements Support BT/RBT development through coaching, feedback, and competency-based supervision QualificationsRequired Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active Massachusetts LABA license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs Strong clinical judgment and data-analysis skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to supervise and provide constructive feedback to BTs and RBTs Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned clients when necessary Ability to pass all required background checks What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA services Supportive and approachable with BTs and RBTs Dependable and organized Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team Strong in treatment planning and clinical decision-making Committed to ethical and medically necessary ABA treatment Responsive to families and staff Interested in growing professionally within the organization Service Area Achieve ABA currently provides services in Worcester, Auburn, Paxton, Webster, Northborough, Southborough, and surrounding communities.
