Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations and strategic planning for all radiology and breast health services.
Oversee budgets, productivity, financial performance, and capital planning.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation (ACR, TJC, FDA, DPH, NAPBC).Partner with physicians, medical directors, and hospital leadership to develop new programs, services, and technologies.
Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing radiology leaders and staff.
Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, equipment inventory, and service agreements.
Represent Radiology and Breast Health on hospital and system committees.
Support clinical education and student training programs.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree or licensed technologist preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital‑based radiology.
Strong background in healthcare operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Proven ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams.

Pay Range:
$160,000.00 USD - $185,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
