Job Description

Clinical Operations Director Position Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and strategic individual to become our Clinical Operations Director in Brockton, MA. This full-time role presents a unique chance to lead operational improvements and enhance nursing operations. By working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, you will have a critical role in optimizing workforce efficiency and implementing innovative strategies for top-quality outcomes.
Main Duties:
Take charge of labor forecasting and staffing optimization to guarantee streamlined workforce management. Initiate programs aimed at improving nursing workflows and operational effectiveness. Leverage technology and labor management tools to boost operational efficiency and diminish inefficiencies. Cooperate with nursing leadership and hospital management to carry out strategic initiatives. Analyze data to recognize areas for performance enhancement and ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards.
Work Hours:
This role necessitates a commitment to a 40-hour workweek, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
RN licensure with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master's degree is favored. Demonstrated leadership background in hospital nursing operations. Proficient in staffing systems and workforce management. Excellent analytical abilities and a strong grasp of healthcare quality and regulatory standards.
Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from approximately $156,000 to $194,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
