Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Staff Education and Professional Development. This full-time role offers a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive salary range of $39–$80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and align nursing practices with ANCC standards and LEAN principles. Promote and integrate evidence-based nursing practices. Establish and maintain shared governance frameworks. Enhance nursing professional development and growth. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Develop and implement professional practice guidelines. Drive patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. Act as a resource for nursing leadership and staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is a must - Masters Preferred Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. Experience in leadership or coordinator roles is preferred. Proficient knowledge of ANCC standards and LEAN methodology. Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for professional development.
