Regional Clinical Therapy Director - Full-Time Brockton, MA $90,000-$120,000/year Stern therapy Consultants is seeking a Regional Clinical Therapy Director to oversee rehabilitation services across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced rehab professional who thrives in operations, clinical support, team development, and driving strong patient outcomes across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Provide clinical and operational oversight for therapy departments across assigned facilities Support Directors of Rehabilitation and therapy teams with staffing, compliance, productivity, and program development Monitor clinical quality, Medicare compliance, and rehab performance metrics Collaborate with facility leadership to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency Assist with onboarding, mentorship, training, and leadership development initiatives Travel between facilities to provide ongoing support and operational guidance

Qualifications:

Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required Multi-site SNF management or rehab leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of Medicare, PDPM, and rehab operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
