Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for: Leading commercial real estate projects from planning through occupancy and closeout Serving as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams Developing project schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and cash flow reporting Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors Overseeing RFPs, bid reviews, contractor selection, and contract administration Supporting permitting, entitlement, and regulatory approval processes Reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Conducting site visits to monitor quality, schedule adherence, and project progress Facilitating project meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, and driving accountability Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions Managing punch lists, project turnover, and closeout activities Supporting occupancy planning and move management efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
