Overview:

Chick-fil-A Dedham is seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Director to join our team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the store's guest experience and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The mission of the Director of Hospitality is to lead a team dedicated to attentiveness, courtesy, and friendliness, creating a welcoming environment for all guests. This is a full-time position, requiring availability on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage hospitality initiatives to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with the Training Director to train team members to maintain high standards of attentiveness, courtesy, and friendliness. Collaborate with the Operator and Senior Leadership to implement strategies aligned with Chick-fil-A's mission and values. Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. Foster a positive and team-oriented environment, motivating staff to perform at their best. Monitor service quality, address guest feedback, and implement improvements as needed. Uphold Chick-fil-A's procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or customer service role. Open availability, including Saturdays, to meet the demands of the business. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
