Job Description
Medi-Weightloss of Framingham Full-time, onsite | Framingham, MA $28-$34 per hour (approximately $58,000-$71,000 annually), plus performance-based bonus opportunities Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese strongly preferred Help patients take the first step toward better health When someone contacts Medi-Weightloss, they have already started thinking about making an important change in their health. As our Patient Coordinator & Clinic Growth Lead, you will help turn that interest into action. You will guide prospective patients from their first question through scheduling and enrollment, while also creating a welcoming, organized experience for established patients. Because our Framingham clinic is growing, you will have a meaningful opportunity to shape how we serve patients, build relationships within the community, and develop processes that support the clinic's long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who combines warmth and empathy with initiative, organization, and a talent for helping people feel confident about taking the next step. What you'll do Connect prospective patients with care Respond promptly to inquiries received by phone, website, referral, or walk-in. Learn what each prospective patient hopes to achieve and explain our programs in clear, approachable language. Answer common questions about program options, cost, insurance, scheduling, and the patient experience. Help prospective patients feel comfortable scheduling their initial appointment. Follow up thoughtfully with individuals who need additional time or information before making a decision. Reconnect with previous inquiries and invite them to reconsider their health goals. Support clinic growth Track key performance measures, including response time, contact rate, appointments booked, show rate, and patient enrollment. Work toward clearly defined booking and enrollment goals. Identify opportunities to improve follow-up, scheduling, and patient communication. Assist with community outreach, referral development, and other clinic-growth initiatives. Share ideas and observations that can help the clinic reach and serve more patients. Create an excellent patient experience Provide a warm and professional experience from a patient's first interaction through ongoing visits. Manage phone calls, scheduling, check-in, checkout, and patient payments. Listen carefully, address concerns, and help resolve issues before they become larger problems. Treat every patient with compassion, respect, and discretion. Help patients feel known, supported, and encouraged throughout their journey. Help build strong clinic operations Develop and maintain efficient front-desk and patient follow-up processes. Keep accurate records and ensure important tasks are completed consistently. Recognize opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions. Document processes and help train future team members as the clinic grows. Collaborate with clinical staff and ownership to support a positive, patient-focused environment. Schedule Our patients often need appointments outside traditional business hours, so some evening and weekend availability is required.
