Position Summary The Nautilus Center is seeking a Clinical Director to serve as the primary clinical and operational leader of our Franklin, MA program. This role oversees clinical quality, staff supervision, documentation standards, program operations, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. The Clinical Director will supervise clinicians and interns, maintain a reduced clinical caseload, support individual, family, and group treatment, and ensure that services are high-quality, developmentally appropriate, goal-oriented, and consistent with The Nautilus Center's clinical model. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and feedback to clinicians and interns. Oversee clinical quality, treatment planning, risk assessment, family engagement, admissions, continued stay, and discharge planning. Maintain high standards for clinical documentation and conduct routine chart reviews and documentation audits. Support the development and facilitation of psychoeducation, skills, process, and experiential groups. Maintain a reduced clinical caseload and provide direct clinical services as needed. Serve as the on-site clinical and operational leader for the Franklin program. Support staffing, scheduling, programming, workflow, client experience, and daily program operations. Address clinical or staff performance concerns promptly and establish clear expectations and accountability. Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinicians and interns. Collaborate closely with organizational leadership, medical providers, families, schools, outpatient providers, and other members of the treatment team. Qualifications Independent Massachusetts clinical licensure required: LICSW or LMHC . Minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision and/or clinical leadership experience . Experience managing both clinical and program operations within a behavioral health setting. Strong clinical judgment, documentation, supervision, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults strongly preferred. Ability to balance clinical leadership, staff development, quality assurance, direct care, and program operations. $90,000.00 per year
