DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the day to day coordination of operations of the assigned rehab service units. Provide leadership, clinical and operational support to meet patient and departmental needs. Assure the optimization of services to provide high quality, cost effective patient care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in multi-disciplinary setting required. Acute care therapy and/or experience in patient therapy setting required. Supervisory experience preferred.
Education and Training:
BS required, Masters or Doctorate preferred in either PT, OT, or Speech.
License, Certification & Registration:
OTPTSA - Current relevant rehab (OT/PT/SP/AU) license
Other Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, working knowledge of rehabilitation services.
