Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards. Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures for individuals across age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Lead clinical team meetings to coordinate care plans, review progress notes, and address complex cases involving co-occurring disorders or neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder. Ensure accurate medical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Manage crisis intervention situations effectively, providing guidance on crisis management protocols and ensuring immediate response when necessary. Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to support holistic client care and facilitate case management services. Monitor clinical outcomes through data collection and research initiatives to improve service delivery and support clinical research efforts. Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Extensive background in mental health counseling, behavioral health interventions, addiction counseling, and social work practices. Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, crisis intervention techniques, and working with individuals experiencing PTSD or other trauma-related conditions. Supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within clinical settings such as hospitals or community clinics. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for medical records management; familiarity with CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology) and ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases). Strong understanding of medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses including ICD-10 codes; experience working with co-occurring substance use disorders is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education frameworks and working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds enhances your ability to deliver inclusive care. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools; familiarity with research methodologies in behavioral health is a plus.
