Job Description
Full Time Position Next Step HealthCare is seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our management team! The Administrator in Training (AIT) will learn overall facility operations to provide leadership in quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations. The Administrator in Training (AIT) will receive on-the-job training in an operational environment under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. In preparation to become a Licensed Nursing home Administrator, the AIT will be mentored by several leaders to gain a thorough understanding of our culture and core values, systems, and what it will take to be a successful leader. The AIT program will consist of hands-on training in all roles within an operation, shadowing clinicians to learn our clinical product, administrative staff to learn the business model, and independent study of regulations and specific curriculum focused on becoming an exceptional operator. In addition, AITs are expected to take on projects and real responsibilities and encouraged to identify opportunities and solutions as they master the fundamentals of our business. The Administrator-In-Training (AIT) role is intended to prepare proven leaders for a License Nursing home Administrator position. The AIT Program is a full time, paid executive training program that runs a minimum of 6 months, depending on education and/or level of experience and industry knowledge.
