Job Description

Alternative Home Health Care is looking for Director of Nursing to work with our team in our Methuen office. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and compassionate nursing leader to join our organization as Director of Nursing .This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and high-quality patient care. The Director of Nursing will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing leadership and oversight for all nursing operations Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards Supporting, mentoring, and developing nursing staff Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Driving quality improvement initiatives and best practices Provides On-Call and Back up for On-Call nurses as needed Available to see patients for staffing shortage or in emergency situations RN nursing visits as assigned following all policies and procedures, scope of practice, regulations and duties in that role
Qualifications:
Active RN license Proven leadership experience in nursing management Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading a skilled and dedicated nursing team.
