- Full-time Clinical Manager (RN or LPN) Make a Difference Through Clinical Leadership We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care.
This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate nursing professional who excels at managing clinical operations, mentoring healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. As our Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. Oversee medical documentation and ensure accurate, timely, and complete patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems. Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Provide leadership during acute care situations and support effective clinical decision-making. Conduct staff education and competency training, including CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and emergency response procedures. Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, consistency, and proper use of medical terminology. Promote quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture. Qualifications Current and active RN or LPN license in good standing. Previous experience in nursing leadership, clinical management, or healthcare supervision. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Current CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications. Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and acute care practices. Experience with medical documentation and medical records management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive quality patient outcomes.
