Your Day-to-Day Impact Operational Leadership:
You will supervise administrative staff by providing essential guidance, training, and support to ensure a smooth, efficient daily workflow.
Patient Experience:
You will oversee the entire patient journey—from registration and check-in to check-out—ensuring a positive experience while managing appointment schedules and follow-up visits.
Clinic Management:
You will monitor and manage inventory levels for medical supplies and equipment, and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement new clinic policies and protocols.
Issue Resolution:
You will actively handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Records Management:
You will maintain patient records with strict attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. What You Bring to the
Table Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field is strictly required.
Experience:
You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a clinic, office, or hospital setting, alongside 3 to 5 years of administrative office experience. Additionally, 2 to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
You bring proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and clinic management software, along with an understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
Physical Capabilities:
You are comfortable sitting for long periods, performing constant gross and fine manipulation, and can occasionally lift and carry between 20 and 35 pounds.
salary:
$25 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
