Spring Hill Behavioral Education Services is a growing, clinician-owned ABA practice serving children and families on Cape Cod. We are looking for an experienced BCBA who wants more than simply managing a caseload. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is clinically strong, independent, organized, and excited by the opportunity to help build and improve a growing practice. The right person will provide high-quality clinical services while also working closely with the owner/Clinical Director on projects related to clinical quality, staff development, systems, and company growth. We are specifically looking for someone who sees a problem and thinks, "I can help fix that," rather than waiting to be given a checklist. What You'll Do Clinical responsibilities will include: Manage a caseload of insurance-funded ABA clients Conduct assessments and reassessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide BCBA supervision and protocol modification Provide parent and caregiver training Train, supervise, and provide feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians Review clinical data and make data-based treatment decisions Maintain high-quality documentation that meets payer and regulatory requirements Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate In addition to direct clinical responsibilities, this BCBA will have opportunities to participate in projects such as: Developing and improving clinical programs and treatment protocols Creating staff training and competency systems Improving clinical documentation and quality-assurance processes Supporting intake and assessment systems Helping develop new programs and service offerings Mentoring and developing clinical staff Participating in hiring and onboarding Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes Helping Spring Hill thoughtfully expand its services and clinical capacity We are interested in your ideas. Who We're Looking For Required:

Current BCBA certification Current or eligible Massachusetts LABA licensure Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field Experience providing insurance-funded ABA services Strong understanding of treatment planning, authorization/reauthorization requirements, clinical documentation, and medical-necessity standards Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines

Strongly Preferred:

3+ years of experience as a BCBA Experience with BCBS, MassHealth/MCOs, Tufts/Point32Health, or other Massachusetts payers Experience mentoring clinicians or leading clinical teams Experience developing clinical systems, staff training, or quality-assurance processes Experience in a small, growing, or clinician-owned ABA organization Interest in leadership and program development The Person Who Will Thrive Here We're a small and growing company, so this isn't a position for someone who wants to disappear into a large corporate system.
