Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up on patient care
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental administrative support duties
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience formulating and presenting patient treatment plans based on benefits
- Proficient in using office software and electronic medical record systems We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.
