Clinical Supervisor - Substance Use Treatment Arbor Associates is recruiting an independently licensed Clinical Supervisor for a well-established Massachusetts behavioral health organization with a statewide network of medication treatment and recovery programs. This hands-on leadership role is based within a methadone clinic that combines medication treatment, counseling, and evidence-based therapies. You'll develop clinicians, strengthen clinical quality, and remain connected to client care. What You'll Do Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians and counselors. Oversee caseloads, treatment plans, documentation, and clinical quality. Maintain a direct caseload of approximately 25-50 clients. Ensure compliance with DPH standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2. Support program operations, staff development, and quality improvement. Why Consider This Role? What You'll Bring Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related clinical field. Independent licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LADC I. Three or more years of substance use treatment experience. At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
