We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services in a non-profit human services agency. Ensure timely completion of all clinical documentation for residential and community-based treatments. Supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, provide training, and support high-quality clinical services for youth and families. Conduct assessments, review treatment plans, and approve documentation to meet timelines and rehabilitative language standards. Coordinate with providers, facilitate community linkages, and ensure compliance with policies and licensing standards. Provide supervision, crisis intervention, and lead or co-facilitate groups and trainings. Maintain licensure, complete required training, and adhere to confidentiality and human rights policies. Must be flexible with schedule, possess a valid driver's license, and work in person in Andover, MA.

Qualifications:

Master's degree, LICSW licensure, and experience in clinical supervision.
