Waltham Clinic Overview This new location integrates outpatient therapy, psychiatric medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and integrated telehealth services under one roof. You will establish the operational culture, guide the clinical team, and enforce patient-centered care standards as the program grows. Core Responsibilities Direct daily operations of the Waltham outpatient clinic, ensuring compliant, high-quality care. Recruit, train, and mentor licensed therapists and support staff. Execute clinical leadership to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment. Manage a dedicated therapy caseload of 8 to 9 clients per week alongside leadership duties. Partner with organizational leadership to establish definitive clinical and operational practices. Drive community engagement to build local referral relationships and expand access to care in Waltham.

Required Qualifications Licensure:

Active Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Education:

Master's degree or higher in mental health counseling, social work, or a related clinical field.

Leadership Experience:

Demonstrated history of supervising, mentoring, or managing staff (e.g., Clinical Supervisor, Team Lead, Clinical Manager). Experience gained before independent licensure is fully recognized.

Clinical Foundation:

Strong outpatient mental health background with exceptional clinical judgment.

Drive:

Commitment to leadership development and operational growth. Prior Clinical Director title is not required.
