OCB is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Practice Management to provide operational leadership across our growing ophthalmology practice. This leader will oversee multiple service lines, departments, and locations, with responsibility for practice operations, patient access, front desk services, central scheduling, team development, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with physicians and operational leaders, the Director will drive performance, strengthen the patient experience, develop high-performing teams, and support the organization's continued growth across multiple sites.
