Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Follow and document changes in individualized service plans (ISP) Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to foster well-being Support dining services and ensure a clean, welcoming environment Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
