Job Description

Premier Dermatology is looking to hire a highly motivated Patient Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Premier Dermatology is a growing practice founded by Dr. Melissa Burnett, who has been nominated as one of Boston's Top Docs by Boston Magazine, for the past three years. We treat all ages of patients and thrive on providing a calm, professional and happy environment. We are looking specifically for a candidate that will bring experience, excellent customer service skills, creativity, outstanding work ethic, coupled with creating long lasting relationships with our patients to ensure they have a wonderful experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients in a friendly manner Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication Manage large amounts of incoming calls Responding to email inquiries from our website Provide patients with support and guidance as needed Collect co-pays and co-insurance at the time of patient's appointments Schedule initial and follow up appointments for physician's, and nurse practitioner Scan patient records into medical chart Confirming Cosmetic Appointments Preparing cosmetic charts
Skills:
Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Help with social media
Requirements:
Knowledge with Microsoft office suite preferred Knowledge of HIPPA Experience with EPIC Ability to perform multiple tasks in busy medical setting Experience of administrative support in a medical setting
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
