About the Role Family Eye Care Center & Optical Gallery is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Billing Manager to lead our in-house billing department. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our billing team and helping ensure accurate, timely, and efficient billing and collections processes. The ideal candidate combines strong medical billing knowledge with excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The Medical Billing Manager will work closely with billing staff, providers, and practice leadership to maintain effective billing workflows, address issues, and support the financial operations of the practice. Prior medical billing and supervisory experience are strongly preferred, and ophthalmology experience is a plus.
