2 Wisconsin Drive Chevy Chase, Maryland (On-site)Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8 AM
- 5 PM (Occasionally early morning presence and early evening presence.
Salary:
$80,000- $95,000 annually Embark Behavioral Health's Chevy Chase Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Licensed Assistant Clinical Director to join our mission-driven team reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide.
Responsibilities:
Oversee treatment planning, progress monitoring, and aftercare coordination. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and crisis interventions. Collaborate with the Clinic Director on daily operations and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with documentation, licensure, and regulatory standards. Mentor clinicians and contribute to training initiatives.Qualifications:
Fully licensed in Maryland as anLCSW, LMFT & LCPC.
Expertise in trauma-informed care and multi-modal approaches. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills. Ability to maintain boundaries and foster trusting relationships.Benefits:
