What You'll Do Lead the daily operation of Bonheur with energy, creativity, and hospitality. Continue building and elevating our growing breakfast and lunch business. Oversee afternoon teas, seasonal offerings, private gatherings, and special events. Create memorable guest experiences that inspire loyalty and repeat visits. Recruit, coach, and develop a strong, service-focused team. Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational performance. Ensure every detail reflects the charm and quality of the Bonheur brand.
