The CDM oversees daily dietary services, ensuring safe, nutritious, and appealing meals that meet regulatory standards and support patient and resident care. Responsibilities include menu planning, staff supervision, training, scheduling, inventory and cost control, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation practices. Collaborating with clinical teams, you'll support individualized nutrition needs while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Lead daily dietary operations to support safe, high-quality meal service for patients and residents. Plan, implement, and oversee therapeutic and regular menus in alignment with clinical and regulatory requirements. Ensure full compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards. Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate dietary staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture. Coordinate closely with nursing and clinical teams to support individualized nutrition care plans. Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet operational and budget goals. Conduct regular quality assurance rounds, inspections, and audits; implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required by facility and regulatory agencies. Support continuous improvement, staff development, and career growth initiatives within the department. Model integrity, professionalism, and dedicated service consistent with company values.
