Job Description

Our team of dentists and experienced professionals at Smile Partners of Bel Air is a family's resource for effective dental, orthodontic, and oral surgery services! We combine years of experience, state-of-the-art technology, and gentle, personalized care to provide the exceptional service patients need to reach their goals. Our caring dentists service all of Harford County, along with Cecil and Baltimore county. Candidates will perform the following duties: • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments for Orthodontic and Oral Surgery needs. Ensure completion of Pre-Op paper and Delivery of Post-Op Instructions Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures. Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders. Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments. Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed. Inform patients of financial treatment plan options Handling test results including x-rays. Ensure all proper documentation is collected (Referrals, Medical History, etc) Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, and faxing. Maintain a professional reception area Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Dental Office Experience Preferred Medical or Dental Front Office experience Required $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly wage is based on Dental Office experience)
