FOUNDING CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Lead Pediatric Therapist (SLP or OT) Frederick, Maryland Compensation Schedule Setting $100,000-$130,000/year + performance bonus Full-time | Flexible schedule New pediatric Speech & OT center A new pediatric Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy Center is being developed in Frederick, Maryland, and we are seeking an experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to join us from the beginning as our Founding Clinical Director / Lead Therapist. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician who loves working with children but also wants something more than a traditional therapy position. You will have a meaningful role in helping build the clinical program, shape the culture, recruit the therapy team, and create a high-quality multidisciplinary center focused on children with speech, developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and communication needs. What You'll Help Build Pediatric speech and occupational therapy programs Clinical policies, documentation standards, and treatment protocols Therapist scheduling and caseload standards OT sensory and motor treatment spaces Speech and language evaluation and treatment programs Collaborative relationships with local ABA centers, pediatricians, schools, and other referral partners A supportive clinical environment designed to attract and retain excellent therapists Future services such as feeding therapy, AAC, social-skills groups, parent education, and other pediatric programs Clinical Director Responsibilities Maintain a pediatric caseload while gradually assuming leadership responsibilities Provide evaluations and treatment within your professional discipline Help recruit, onboard, mentor, and support additional SLPs and OTs Participate in decisions regarding assessments, equipment, EHR/documentation systems, scheduling, and clinical workflow Establish high standards for quality of care and family communication Collaborate with BCBAs, physicians, schools, and other professionals when appropriate Help develop the center as it grows Ideal Candidate Active or eligible Maryland license as an SLP or

OT CCC-SLP
