Job Description
Smile Keeper Dental & Implant Center is a modern, patient-focused dental practice specializing in comprehensive dentistry and full-arch dental implants (All-on-4). We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Dental Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service. Present treatment plans and explain procedures, financing, and insurance benefits. Coordinate and schedule treatment, including All-on-4 implant cases. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Submit dental insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims. Prepare treatment estimates and collect patient payments. Assist patients with financing options. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Help convert implant consultation leads into scheduled treatment.
