Smile Keeper Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Patient & Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities:

Explain treatment plans and costs clearly to patients Educate patients about general dentistry and All-on-4 dental implant treatment Discuss financing and payment options Call new and existing patients to answer questions and schedule treatment Follow up with patients who have not scheduled Help patients overcome concerns and feel confident moving forward Support case acceptance and help grow the practice Coordinate appointments with the clinical and front-office teams The ideal candidate: Has excellent communication and sales skills Is confident discussing treatment costs and financing Is friendly, professional, organized, and dependable Is comfortable making follow-up calls throughout the day Has dental experience; All-on-4 or implant experience is strongly preferred Can build trust with patients without using high-pressure sales tactics
