Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator - Float (Glen Burnie & Bethesda, MD) We're hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support two busy outpatient centers in Glen Burnie and Bethesda. This is a float role focused on keeping patient flow smooth, supporting scheduling, and delivering a strong patient experience across both locations. Locations Glen Burnie, Maryland Bethesda, Maryland What You'll Do Check in and greet patients Schedule and coordinate appointments Verify insurance and assist with coverage questions Support intake, documentation, and EMR updates Help manage patient flow across both sites Assist with room prep and basic clinical support as needed What We're Looking For Medical office, outpatient, or hospital experience Strong communication and organization skills Experience with insurance verification or patient coordination preferred Comfortable floating between two locations EMR and scheduling system experience Medical assistant experience is a plus (vital signs, preparing rooms, and performing phlebotomy/blood draws). Pay:
$25.79 - $31.06 per hour
