Full-Time Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Maryland licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCADC, or LMHC.
• Maryland Clinical Supervisor (CS) credential required

Preferred:

• Experience providing clinical supervision or leading behavioral health professionals.
• Background in substance use disorder treatment, addiction services, or outpatient behavioral health.
• Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and organizational skills.

Job Summary:

• Guide and support a team of counselors by providing clinical supervision, professional development, and ongoing mentorship.
• Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and internal clinical policies while promoting high-quality patient care.
• Work closely with clinic leadership to review documentation, strengthen clinical processes, and support quality improvement initiatives across multiple locations.
