Job Description
The Patient Care Coordinator supports the delivery of high‑quality patient care within Meritus Health's Diagnostic Imaging Services (DIS). In this role, you will assist patients, providers, and clinical staff by coordinating front‑office workflows, managing patient information, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience throughout the imaging visit. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential health information in a fast‑paced outpatient environment. The ideal candidate is organized, patient‑focused, and comfortable working in a medical setting with frequent interaction across clinical and administrative teams.
