The Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising clinical staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality behavioral healthcare. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with COMAR regulations , Maryland Department of Health (MDH) requirements, Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) standards, Maryland Medicaid , and agency policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all behavioral health programs. Supervise licensed clinicians, SUD counselors, interns, and other clinical staff. Conduct clinical supervision in accordance with Maryland licensing requirements. Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and assessments. Ensure delivery of ethical, person-centered, and evidence-based clinical services.
